A federal magistrate today dismissed with prejudice a disgraceful DMCA prosecution against three young Texas men who bought a lot of cell phones while looking Arab.

Adham Othman, 21, his brother Louai Othman, 23, and their cousin Maruan Muhareb, 18, were cleared of money laundering and conspiracy charges. The three were rousted by local law enforcement in Michigan after they were spotted driving from Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart buying as many low-cost pre-paid cell phones as they could get their hands on.

There is only one kind of immunity and that is natural immunity which is achieved by battling the infectious diseases itself. Vaccination is merely the artificial triggering of temporary responses to manmade pathogens.

Vaccines are both harmful and dangerous and are leading to generations of humans with no natural defenses to disease. Vaccines do not provide long-term immunity; only temporary at best. Vaccines should never be called immunizations because that is a misnomer. Immunity and vaccinations are two different subjects altogether.

'Make crime victims give DNA' A call to compel all victims of crime to provide their DNA or fingerprints to be added to national databases, was rejected by Attorney General Lord Goldsmith.

An off-duty Toledo police officer is accused of attacking a family in a Kroger parking lot. Now that family wants to take legal action.

The attorney now representing the family says they'll have to wait until the criminal process finishes before taking any other action. Toledo Officer Robert Adams is on paid administrative leave right while his department and prosecutors find out exactly what happened. It all happened the night of June 1 in the Kroger parking lot at the Spring Meadows shopping center. The family told Sylvania Police and Lucas County Sheriff officers that Officer Adams hit and kicked their car, even shattering their window.

One of the more common discussions on website development forums revolves around whether to use dashes or underscores as word separators in file names. Most developers advocate one or the other. It's my turn.

Much of the current "Professional" SEO advice on this matter is based on a blog entry written by Matt Cutts, Google Software Engineer since early 2000. Matt makes an effort to explain why dashes are preferred, in his perspective, because when he first needed to use a search engine to find programmatic keywords and variables used in programming languages back in 1999, Google returned better results.

A family's nightmare leads to a scathing court decision aimed at the County of San Diego, a decision that could impact anyone who is a parent.

Team 10 first broke the story in 2011 when a local couple was left reeling after their young children were taken by Child Welfare Services. In April 2011, 1-year-old Riley and her 3-year-old brother Dale were enrolled in a home daycare in Linda Vista. Within weeks, their mother, Joanna Swartwood, noticed Riley was coming home with bruises on her cheek while Dale would cry when headed to daycare.
