A Connecticut state trooper is due in court this fall for sentencing, after he was found guilty of stealing from a motorcyclist who was dying on the side of the road.

Dash cam footage from the officer's patrol car showed him stealing cash from the dying man, as well as a golden crucifix. On Wednesday afternoon, Aaron "AJ" Huntsman, a 19-year veteran of the state police, pleaded guilty to two felony charges of third-degree larceny and tampering with evidence. Although your average person would face up to ten years under these same charges, officer Huntsman is looking at a maximum of a year and a half, plus five years probation. He even has the ability to plead for a lesser sentence, just because he is a cop.

A vigilant citizen with a camera has done a perfect job of filming the hypocritical standard of which cops frequently adhere.

The man saw an officer driving recklessly down Route 101 near Los Angeles, so he began filming the incident and followed the officer all the way to work. It appeared that there was no emergency after all and the cop was flying down the road, at high speeds, and failing to use turn signals, to simply get to work; something that we, the citizen, would be fined or even shot for. When the vigilant citizen confronts the officer about his reckless driving he is left speechless.

It says something about how accustomed Americans have become to being groped at airports when they don't even notice the person doing it is a drunk imposter, not a real TSA screener. This is exactly what happened at San Francisco International Airport.

The report notes that a 53-year-old man walked into the airport wearing khakis, a blue polo shirt, and blue rubber gloves, and for an hour proceeded to impersonate a TSA official without being noticed. In that time the man managed to lure at least two women, who have not been identified, into a private screening area. It is said that he then groped the women, claiming he was conducting enhanced pat downs on them.

Harry Reid is busted for being corrupt - again.

It seems like every day we find out something else awful Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has done. His tenure as Majority Leader has been nothing short of catastrophic, and the rule changes he imposed upon the Senate may render the legislative body incapable of ever returning to functionality. And he wants to change even more rules. What's disgusting is how hypocritical Reid is... and even worse is his level of corruption. He has been linked to multiple situations involving bribes and undercover deals, and multiple ethics charges have been filed against him as well for targeting private citizens in his official capacity.

One of the biggest threats to government authoritarianism in today's world is the internet, which still allows for the relatively free flow of information between members of society apart from state-sanctioned media and other forms of societal control.

But even the web is now being used as a covert tool of manipulation and brainwashing, with paid government trolls actively intervening in online conversations and targeting individuals who resist police state tyranny, sometimes falsely branding them as mentally ill. These insidious trolls typically pose as regular folks, pretending to have honest opinions on matters of real substance such as food freedom and gun rights. But secretly, their agenda is to sway readers toward the state agenda, which in both of these examples involves promoting heavy restrictions and government control. Paid government agents are also now using the fraud of psychiatry to brand dissenters as having mental illness, an egregious tactic of tyranny that has been around since the days of Hitler and Stalin.

National Iranian-American Council (NIAC) report finds tens of billions of potential export revenue lost

U.S. sanctions against Iran don't just hurt the Islamic Republic, they also have an impact on the U.S. economy-to the tune of as much as $175.3 billion since 1995, according to a new study. Western powers have been sanctioning Iran since the mid-1990s over its sponsorship of terrorism and, lately, its pursuit of nuclear power and possibly weapons. The restrictions on trade and exports have had a "crippling" effect on the Iranian economy, according to Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

Questions are being asked of a North Carolina police department after an officer in the city of Durham testified that its common practice for cops there to make up excuses to illegally enter, then search, the homes of local residents.

Durham Police Dept. Chief Jose Lopez now says he's investigating claims that his officers may have lied in order to trick home owners and tenants into letting law enforcement officials look into area residences under false pretenses. Reports of the alleged practice first surfaced in late May when Officer A.B. Beck testified in court, according to Indy Week, that he told a local woman that he had to inspect her home because the Durham PD had received a 911 call concerning that address. Once Beck entered, he discovered marijuana and drafted charges

"They killed that damn kid. He laid there for five days begging for help."

An inmate was locked in solitary confinement and repeatedly sprayed with mustard-colored gas until he died, an investigation has uncovered. Officials then allegedly covered up the death and claimed it was due to natural causes. The case has been buried for four years, until four Florida Department of Corrections (DOC) investigators came forth as whistle-blowers to reveal allegations of multiple cases of torture, abuse, corruption, and homicide. Veteran DOC investigator Aubrey P. Land is one of four speaking out, and claims to have been "bullied" through official channels. Of the corruption uncovered, Land found the death of 27-year-old Randall Jordan-Aparo particularly disturbing.

A woman charged with performing sexual acts involving two pets and forcing a 6-year-old-boy to perform sex acts on her is back at work as a deputy director at the Centers for Disease Control.

Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey, 44, is the deputy director of the CDC's Laboratory Science, Policy and Practice Program Office (LSPPPO). She is charged with multiple counts of child molestation and one count of bestiality, according to CBS affiliate WGCL in Atlanta. Lindsey was arrested October 10 following a six-week investigation by the DeKalb County police. Police say they unearthed evidence that a 6-year-old boy was involved in sex acts with Lindsey and her boyfriend Thomas Westerman, a fellow CDC employee who is also charged in the case. The child molestation allegedly took place between January and August of 2010 at Lindsey's home in Decatur, Ga.
