A former Child Protective Services investigator will now spend the next two years on probation after pleading guilty to forging records in a child death investigation, according to Sullivan County Assistant District Attorney Julie Canter.

During Cathy Agnew's sentencing hearing in Sullivan County today she received some support from a former Tennessee Department of Children's Services colleague. According to court records, one of DCS' assistant general counsels wrote a letter of support praising Agnew's past service; a document her attorney referenced today in court.

The walls of the power structure are beginning to buckle, those that have served the power brokers are beginning to respond to their own instinct of self survival.

Climate engineering is weather warfare, nothing less. The highly toxic materials being used in the ongoing atmospheric aerosol spraying programs all settle down through the air column, this makes geoengineering a form of biological warfare as well. Unimaginable and irreparable decimation is being inflicted on the biosphere and the entire web of life by the ongoing climate modification SRM programs. How long can the insanity in our skies continue without the consequences to the Earth and the human race becoming total?

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell fast tracked a bill through the Senate Friday, which would give President Obama the authority to deploy ground troops anywhere on the planet, for any length of time, including U.S. cities.

The provision was snuck into the new authorization for the use of military force (AUMF) against ISIS, and was fast tracked by Senator McConnell by invoking Senate Rule 14, which allows the bill to bypass referral to a Senate committee, and be placed directly on the Senate Calendar of Business. Voting has now been officially postponed for the rest of this week due to the historic snowstorm ravaging D.C., but Senators still in Washington plan to work late until Wednesday on legislation, which now includes this bill, Oklahoma's NewsOn6 reported.

The current geoengineering regime, which blankets Planet Earth with chemtrails 24/7, constitutes the single greatest threat to humanity and the biosphere.

The most insidious aspect of this planet-destroying endeavor is that it is happening almost completely under the radar, as well as above the clouds. By that it should be understood that the vast majority of 7 billion people who inhabit the planet are completely unaware of the covert global geoengineering program.

Attorney Sarah Swain often compares herself to Wonder Woman in posts on Facebook, but the comparison isn't simply hollow braggadocio - what she has contributed toward the legalization of cannabis is nothing short of amazing.

Swain made headlines when she successfully defended Kyler Carriker against an absurdly trumped-up murder charge stemming from an arranged cannabis transaction gone horribly wrong, which you can read more about here, with the backstory here. She also successfully prevented U.S. Marine Corps veteran Kristoffer Lewandowski - whom she represented pro bono - from spending the rest of his life behind bars for possession of marijuana which he was using to treat his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Swain currently represents Kansas mother Shona Banda, who potentially faces decades in prison for using medical pot to treat her debilitating Crohn's Disease - and whose son has been stolen from her by authorities who somehow justify their actions as having his interests in mind.

As the water crisis in Flint deepens, it is becoming apparent that the effects of the lead-infested water are not just a health hazard, but the situation has the potential of ruining many more lives outside of the poison issue.

There is no denying that the water in Flint is undrinkable and that it is contaminated with lead and other substances, and it is clear that the government of Flint is responsible for the problem. However, the city's government continues to charge people for the poison water and then threatening to foreclose their home or take their children if they refuse to pay. Michigan law states that parents are neglectful if they do not have running water in their home, and if they chose not to pay for water they can't drink anyway, then they could be guilty of child endangerment. Activists in Flint say that some residents have already received similar threats from the government if they refuse to pay their bills.

Nearly every week, I hear someone shrug off privacy issues with a claim that they're not worried because they have "nothing to hide" from the government. Let's put a cork in it, once and for all.

"Over the last 16 months, as I've debated this issue around the world, every single time somebody has said to me, 'I don't really worry about invasions of privacy because I don't have anything to hide,' I always say the same thing to them. I get out a pen. I write down my email address. I say, 'Here's my email address. What I want you to do when you get home is email me the passwords to all of your email accounts, not just the nice, respectable work one in your name, but all of them, because I want to be able to just troll through what it is you're doing online, read what I want to read and publish whatever I find interesting. After all, if you're not a bad person, if you're doing nothing wrong, you should have nothing to hide.'

Neither Republicans nor Democrats knew the majority leader planned to set up a debate on authorizing the use of force against the Islamic State.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell offered members a snow-weekend surprise late Wednesday night: Quietly teeing up a debate on the legal underpinning for the fight against ISIS. After months of worrying that such a resolution-known as an authorization for the use of military force-would tie the next president's hands, McConnell's move to fast-track the measure surprised even his top deputy, Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, who was unaware that McConnell had set up the authorization.

One of two defendants accused of robbing Umpqua Bank in Twain Harte in July 2015 was sentenced Tuesday in Tuolumne County Court to six years in state prison. Daveon "Dae Dae" Marquel Harris, 19, originally of Vacaville, was arrested Aug. 6, 2015.

He pleaded guilty Dec. 14, 2015 to one count of second-degree robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit a crime, according to the Tuolumne County District Attorney's Office. Handcuffed and dressed in a striped jumpsuit, Harris frequently looked around the Dept. 1 courtroom throughout Tuesday's hearing, occasionally swaying in his seat.

When voters approved marijuana legalization in Oregon, and before legalization took effect, some counties suspended marijuana enforcement. That's what should happen in Canada too. When legalization is inevitable, marijuana prohibition...

becomes even more absurd (as if it wasn't absurd enough). The Canadian government needs to put pressure on law enforcement to quit arresting people for marijuana in Canada. Canada is getting on the right side of history, and it's beyond time that Canadian law enforcement accepted that fact.
