Heavy Metal Poisoning - Learn about the safest and most effective methods to detoxify your body of chemical and heavy metal toxicity like mercury, cadmium, aluminum, arsenic, pesticides and herbicides.

Heavy Metal Poisoning - we live in a toxic world. Every day we are exposed to hundreds of toxic metals and chemicals. The heavy metals that most commonly cause problems are mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium (cigarette smoke), and iron. Other metals include aluminum, antimony, chromium, cobalt, copper, manganese, selenium, tin, thallium and uranium. Highly Recommended: The first thing we recommend for anyone who is experiencing symptoms of heavy metal poisoning toxicity, is to have a hair mineral analysis test done. A hair analysis can determine which heavy metals are overloading your body and measure the levels of each toxic metal as illustrated in a simple bar graph showing acceptable and unacceptable reference ranges.

There are thousands or maybe even millions of bacteria that live in the human body without causing any problems as such. However, some of the more harmful bacteria could be responsible for a bacterial infection in the intestines.

Some doctors may also recommend that the patient take zinc supplements for faster recovery from most stomach infections. People suffering from an infection in the small intestine should strictly stay away from all types of foods that are hard to digest. Keeping the patient hydrated throughout the day is very important and therefore, the patient should be encouraged to sip water or herbal tea at regular intervals.

Folks have finally awakened to the impact of prescriptive opioids' highly addictive quality.

There is a drug-free health care option that has enjoyed a history of success, but has been cordoned off even though it is licensed by the Illinois Medical Practice Act: Chiropractic. As a chiropractor, I strongly recommend a couple of changes to allow a drug-free option:

For people who take an antihistamine such as Benadryl for a cold or allergies, drowsiness is often a welcome side effect. But a Baylor College of Medicine sleep expert cautions against turning to this type of medication as a sleep aid.

"Many allergy sufferers know that antihistamines work for their symptoms but also make them sleepy. People sometimes turn to these medications to help them sleep, even when they're not sick. But the use of medication to force children or adults to sleep is generally not the best idea," said Dr. Philip Alapat, assistant professor of medicine.

The Cloudbuster as designed by Wilhelm Reich did something amazingly well-it absorbed the negative orgone energy that surrounds us and induced rain. It made rain happen.

The main trouble with Wilhelm Reich's Cloudbuster was that because it pulled negative orgone energy from the space surrounding it, the cloudbuster accumulated, and soon became saturated with, negative orgone energy.

The winter blues are well known and quite common - after all, these months come packed with a lot of holidays that can be emotionally draining. Combine that with minimal time in the sunshine, especially if you work in an office, and cold weather that seems to scream "stay home and get in a blanket," and it's no wonder that people tend to be a bit anti-social and grumpy from November until about April.

It is interesting to note that anti-epileptic drugs have been shown to decrease vitamin E levels. This depletion is significant when combined with studies showing the power of vitamin E to help the body control epileptic seizure activity.

A double-blind placebo-controlled study of 24 epileptic children not responding to anti-epileptic drugs found that supplementing with 400 IU/day of vitamin E provided a significant reduction of seizures in 10 out of 12 children. The two unresponsive children were non-compliant (they did not comply with the vitamin E program). The 12 children on vitamin E therapy had no negative side-effect.
