What message are our legislators sending to voters, when they publicly admit they haven't done their job? How many bills are passed each year that policymakers haven't even bothered to read? This is disgraceful. This is called dereliction of duties and we must demand a stop to this practice.

Is fish safe to eat? That's becoming an incredibly hard question to answer. Typically you want select fresh wild seafood instead of farmed, but avoiding seafood might be a trend of the future.

"As of June, 2015, the radiation in the Pacific Ocean reached the US West Coast; the seafood you've been eating from the Pacific ocean is loaded with Cesium-137 and Strontium-90. Both radioactive. Strontium-90 mimics calcium. It ends up getting deposited in human bones, where the radiation wreaks havoc with bone marrow, causing bone cancers and blood cancers like Leukemia. The radiation in the fish is so terrible that wild-caught Alaskan Salmon, Pacific Herring and Canadian white fish are being found bloody, with cancerous tumors throughout their bodies."

Slashing property taxes for homeowners with large numbers of dead trees is one option to help address the worst epidemic of tree mortality in recent memory, according to a former county supervisor.

Mark Thornton, of Groveland, urged the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors at Tuesday's meeting to consider reducing or waiving property taxes for those in the area affected by the statewide tree mortality emergency. He represented District 4 from 1997 through 2008.

Roosevelt's nightmare has become American reality. We are now clearly a fascist state by his definition. The word fascism has been replaced by the propaganda term, "corporate capitalism."

The USA has its mainstream media entirely controlled by private power. Electronic media, where most Americans get their news, is nearly all corporate-controlled, including PBS/NPR, which take millions of dollars from corporations and acquiesce to their viewpoint. It is extremely deceptive for them to pretend to represent the public interest. Media owners, board members and advertisers are tied to polluting, defense cheating and bankstering, the same fascists who finance the American elections for control. With control of the government and mass media, the ruling plutocrats do as they please.

Things are moving fast. All it took was a little conflict. It wasn't even a year ago that a substantial number of Americans just "had some concerns" about vaccines, and wanted to be careful about how those vaccines were introduced...

Then, along came Senator Richard Pan MD, the consummate arrogant self-serving Pediatrician, introducing legislation in California to remove parental rights to make decisions about their children, and setting up the mechanism for an "anything goes" MANDATORY INSERTION of Big Pharma's made-in-China death pus mixtures into California's children, and assuring Democratic Party campaign financing for upcoming elections. We here in the North American Health Freedom Movement thank you very much Big Pharma, you corrupt bureaucrats, and you sleazy Democrats. You did our recruiting for us. Now we will train the newly angry ones how to put you in your place with satisfying regularity. It is time, of course, to shut down the US Vaccine Program entirely, starting with the CDC "Vaccines For Children Program."

Because of recent updates to the encryption on Google and Apple software, newly updated Androids and iPhones no longer can be unlocked -- even if law enforcement officers have a warrant.

It's the modern-day version of an age-old question criminal investigators face: What do you do with an unbreakable safe? That's the analogy Christopher Lalli, a Clark County assistant district attorney, uses to describe the situation detectives face when criminal investigations involve passcode-protected smartphones.

On a Wednesday evening in September 2014, Max Lorincz called 911 after his wife, Erica Chittenden, fell unconscious on the kitchen floor of their house in Crockery Township, Michigan, apparently after overdosing on prescription drugs.

Ottawa County Sheriff's Deputy Patrick Gedeon, who responded along with an EMT from the Crockery Township Fire Department and an ambulance from North Ottawa Community Hospital, noticed a clear plastic container on the kitchen counter containing a tarry residue that looked like butane hash oil (BHO). Lorincz explained that he had a state-issued medical marijuana card and had obtained the BHO from a dispensary in Muskegon. Gedeon removed the plastic container from the house, setting in motion a series of events that ended with Lorincz facing a felony charge and the loss of his 6-year-old son. The puzzling case revealed a change in policy at the Michigan State Police (MSP) Forensic Science Division that Lorincz's lawyers say may have tainted hundreds of convictions by falsely identifying cannabis extracts as synthetic THC.

A young European woman, Aida Bolevar was recently traveling by train from Budapest, Hungary, to Vienna, Austria, when she encountered what can only be described as a migrant horde crowding the trains and train stations.

As the loud, angry crowd of mostly male Muslims invaded the station, she found herself having to force her way through the crowd. Enduring attempts of the men trying to steal her luggage, and being at the receiving end of a lot of their THREATS...which SCARED HER MOST. Because what the fleeing Muslims did not know, was that Aida, spoke fluent Arabic....and could understand the HORRIFYING actions they planned to take as they discussed them RIGHT INFRONT OF HER!

A prominent Agriculture Department scientist is alleging that he was suspended after complaining that the agency was blocking his research into the harmful effects of pesticides on pollinators, such as bees and butterflies.

In a whistleblower complaint filed Wednesday, Jonathan Lundgren, an entomologist and 11-year veteran of the USDA's Agricultural Research Service, says his supervisors retaliated against him by suspending him initially for 30 days before reducing it to 14 days.

A new study out of Tennessee is indicating that the universal preschool program in the state may be a complete waste of money that doesn't actually benefit the children enrolled and may actually harm them.

This study has similar conclusions as one in Quebec that examined low-cost daycare programs, as well as studies that suggest that Head Start has little to no academic benefits for the children who enroll in the program. In many cases, putting a child into a low-standards pre-k classroom led to a worse outcome than a child who didn't receive any care.

Large chemical companies and their major trade association and lobbying arm, the American Chemistry Council, say they can maintain high safety standards through self-regulation and voluntary actions. Our report finds this isn't the case.

Chemical manufacturing uses dangerous substances that can be hazardous to the health and well-being of chemical plant workers and to the residents who live nearby. The American Chemistry Council (ACC) and leaders in the chemical industry have fought stronger government oversight of chemical manufacturing for decades, arguing that the rules currently regulating toxic chemicals are adequate.
