What message are our legislators sending to voters, when they publicly admit they haven't done their job? How many bills are passed each year that policymakers haven't even bothered to read? This is disgraceful. This is called dereliction of duties and we must demand a stop to this practice.

Climate change is not only a major issue in the world today, but we are beginning to experience the results of the change at a seemingly alarming rate.

New research on oxygen levels in the world's oceans has just been published, and with sea waters warming, it was noted there has been a drop in the oxygen levels in a number of oceans. This is not good. The consequences of a warming ocean are already being seen, in the bleaching of our coral reefs, particularly Australia's Great Barrier Reef. We have also seen the die-off of innumerable sea creatures due to the warming waters encouraging the growth of toxic algae and the northward movement of many ocean creatures looking for colder waters.

THE MASSACHUSETTS ORGANIZATION responsible for running the state's child welfare system has had four different names over a period of 40 years, which is not a sign of success.

Each change was prompted by widespread concern with the way the agency did its work. Extensive media coverage of terrible incidents involving vulnerable children despoiled the organization's reputation to the point where a name change seemed a necessary part of any rehabilitation.

Giant mirrors in space, boats that create artificial clouds and special air balloons being readied for the next time a major volcano erupts - geoengineering is an area of science with so many fantastical possibilities.

It is also one of science's most contested terrains. Broadly defined as the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the environment and also known as "climate intervention", geoengineering is a field that potentially promises a dramatic Plan B for Earth's impending climate catastrophe, but some say it could lead to war and famine for millions.

MOSCOW, Russia - Edward Snowden, the hacker who gained access to every secret corner of the Internet during his tenure at the NSA, has come forward with details of a classified project to alter the world's climate.

The shocking truth, as he says, is that chemtrails are part of a benevolent program aimed at countering global warming. By cooperating in secret with jet fuel manufacturers, government agents have carefully kept the massive chemtrail efforts completely under wraps. Snowden added, "I am only revealing this program because there is no oversight in the scientific community, no public discussion, and little concern for the side-effects which are well known only to a few privileged people interested in continuing the decades-long chemtrail program in secret."

The Paris Conference last year primarily discussed plans to reduce carbon emissions, which is understandable as this is the most immediate item for action. But other measures for dealing with global warming.

Today, climate engineering efforts are viewed either as secondary measures to be undertaken alongside reducing emissions or as technologies which have not matured enough to warrant discussion by world leaders. But the situation can change dramatically in the future. Even if all the national commitments made in Paris are fulfilled, the effects of global warming will inevitably worsen in the near term. As nations struggle to reduce emissions even further, alternative solutions using engineering innovations will increasingly gain currency.

Dr. Marvin Herndon, PhD says that there is evidence of a secret government geoengineering program, injecting stratospheric particles/aerosols into the atmosphere - endangering human health.

Dr. Marvin Herndon, PhD., a nuclear chemist, geochemist, and cosmochemist - most noted for deducing the composition of the inner core of Earth as being nickel silicide, not partially crystallized nickel-iron metal - has published a groundbreaking paper in the peer-reviewed journal Current Science (Indian Academy of Sciences) titled "Aluminum poisoning of humanity and Earth's biota by clandestine geoengineering activity: implications for India."

In a battle to halt government sponsored wide-scale climate modification, also known as 'solar radiation management,' two Rhode Island legislators have introduced a bill that seeks to stop geoengineering in the state.

The two representatives, Karen MacBeth (Dem), and Justin Price (Rep), have teamed up in a bi-partisan effort to pass "The Climate GeoEngineering Act of 2016", a bill that would help the state of Rhode Island monitor this largely secretive program, potentially revealing more information to the public about geoengineering projects happening around the United States.

Stoners looking to live a medicated lifestyle with zero life problems often have to relocate to a city like LA or Denver to be able to fully enjoy that way of life.

Over 200,000 people moved to Colorado after marijuana was legalized and according to a recent Harris poll, 20 percent of millennials said recreational weed is a factor they consider when moving to another state. So what does that tell us? People are trying to get hiiiigh.

MOSCOW, Russia - Edward Snowden, NSA whistleblower and fugitive, released documents Tuesday to Internet Chronicle reporters proving that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP.

While the military prison industrial complex has routinely insisted that the Alaskan-based HAARP is only meant to study natural phenomena in earth's ionosphere, Snowden has managed to blow open a brutally massive charade. "The HAARP research station," he said, "strategically based away from prying eyes near Gakona, Alaska, is actually used to terminate or manipulate would-be dissidents of global capitalism on the scale of millions of people."
