    • Beware of Canola Oilby Dr. Mercola Ages: 18+Although canola oil is not a favorite oil with me for a number of reasons (none of which were listed in the article), the statement suggesting that because it is used as an industrial oil it is therefore not edible is not valid. Flax oil is also used as an industrial oil for paint and linoleum, etc. But when it is prepared as a food it is edible. Subjects: canola, oil, rapeseed, fat, vegetables, mustard greens, industrial oil, Flax oil, coconut oil, Olive oil, erucic acid

    • Beware of Canola Oilby Jim Lynn Ages: 18+It just seems best to stick with olive oil as a source of omega-9 oils that are high in mono-unsaturates. Olive oil has been around for thousands of years and this new genetically modified canola oil for a few years. Which do you think is best time tested in the laboratory of human physiology?

    • More About Canola Oil and Soyby Charles Cross Ages: 18+I am a male who once believed in SOY, but no longer. I took many forms of Soy, from "Protein Powders", various extracts, and lots of the milk. I found that Soy contain compounds that mimic Estrogen in the body. It is so profitable, it is, or was, being added to some Baby Formulas, to the detriment of the most vulnerable! Many believe, even after processing to remove toxins, it is fit for human consumption only AFTER FERMENTATION of the beans.Subjects: canola, oil, soy, side effects, baby formulas, soy sauce, protein powders, libido, toxic, rapeseed, Brassica napus Linnaeus, FDA, EPA, Aspartame, cancer
