Let's get this straight. His coworkers fear him, think he is going to come in with a gun one day and start shooting, yet some of his official responsibilities with I.C.E. are obtaining weapons and ammunition and public speaking?

And we are supposed to just accept that not one of his "supervisors" noticed anything wrong? Not to mention that he was able to run such a website "one the side" and it not be noticed as well? A federal employee who obtains weapons and ammunition for his employer, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, moonlights as the "Irritated Genie," an angry, "hate filled," anti-gay, anti-white, black nationalist who prepares others for the "coming race war." Ayo Kimathi is known as the Irritated Genie and runs a website called, "War on the Horizon," which advocates "the mass murder of whites and the 'ethnic cleansing' of 'black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors,'" a report from the Southern Poverty Law Center's "Hatewatch" blog said.

Jared Marcum, the eighth grade Logan, West Virginia student who was suspended and arrested after refusing to change his NRA t-shirt at school, was met by several supporters Monday morning outside of Logan Middle School.

Jared returned to class, fresh off of suspension, wearing the same exact shirt that initiated the "t-shirt control" controversy in the first place. "There's a lot of people wearing this same exact shirt, showing great, great support and I really appreciate it," Jared said just before walking into school.

Manassas, VA -- "I just want you to know that we are working on it," Barack Obama told Sarah Brady regarding gun control. "We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar," Obama said according to Brady.

This interesting bit of news was reported in an April 11 Washington Post Lifestyle section story about Obama's gun control and regulatory policy wonk Steve Croley. Toward the end of the article the writer, Jason Horowitz, mentioned a March 30 meeting between Jim and Sarah Brady and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney during which the President "dropped in." He then quotes Sarah Brady relating how President Obama gave his personal assurance that he and his administration were working hard on a gun control agenda. Brady reported that Obama then told them about advancing the agenda "under the radar."

What is truly startling about this story is the way it has been totally ignored by the rest of the media.

Despite an acquittal on the most serious "aiding the enemy" charge against him, today's verdict against the US Private Bradley Manning reveals the US government's misplaced priorities on national security, said Amnesty International this evening.

Amnesty International's Senior Director of International Law and Policy Widney Brown said: "The government's priorities are upside down. The US government has refused to investigate credible allegations of torture and other crimes under international law despite overwhelming evidence. Yet they decided to prosecute Manning who it seems was trying to do the right thing - reveal credible evidence of unlawful behaviour by the government. You investigate and prosecute those who destroy the credibility of the government by engaging in acts such as torture which are prohibited under the US Constitution and in international law."

In some respects, the recent admission by CIA Director John Brennan that his agents and his lawyers have been spying on the senators whose job it is to monitor the agency should come as no surprise.

The agency's job is to steal and keep secrets, and implicit in those tasks, Brennan would no doubt argue, is lying. Yet in another respect, this may very well be a smoking gun in the now substantial case against President Barack Obama that alleges that much of his official behavior has manifested lawlessness and incompetence. It is hard to believe that the president did not know about this but not hard to believe he would look the other way.

A government website intended to make federal spending more transparent was missing at least $619 billion from 302 federal programs, a government audit has found.

And the data that does exist is wildly inaccurate, according to the Government Accountability Office, which looked at 2012 spending data. Only 2% to 7% of spending data on USASpending.gov is "fully consistent with agencies' records," according to the report. Among the data missing from the 6-year-old federal website...

"Chilling" is the word lawyers use to describe governmental behavior that does not directly interfere with constitutionally protected freedoms, but rather tends to deter folks from exercising them.

Classic examples of "chilling" occurred in the 1970s, when FBI agents and U.S. Army soldiers, in business suits with badges displayed or in full uniform, showed up at anti-war rallies and proceeded to photograph and tape record protesters. When an umbrella group of protesters sued the government, the Supreme Court dismissed the case, ruling that the protesters lacked standing -- meaning, because they could not show that they were actually harmed, they could not invoke the federal courts for redress. Yet, they were harmed, and the government knew it.

"Juan, fasten your seat belt," Judge Andrew Napolitano warned liberal Juan Williams before he flabbergasted Williams with a lecture on the Constitution.

"You have abandoned the whole notion of conservatism tonight," a shocked Williams responded to the judge's lecture. "You have abandoned the notion that the Constitution means what it says," Napolitano retorted.

The heads of the nation's three top intelligence agencies said Thursday they strive to protect Americans' privacy in an evolving era of cybersecurity threats, electronic surveillance and concerns about government data-monitoring.

Since former government contract systems analyst Edward Snowden leaked classified documents about the National Security Agency's data-gathering in May, lawmakers and average Americans have re-engaged in debate over the boundaries between preventing terrorism and preserving Americans' privacy rights. Speaking at a cybersecurity conference, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director Robert Mueller and the NSA director, Gen. Keith Alexander, didn't directly address the agency's programs that sweep up swaths of data on phone and Internet use, including hundreds of millions of Americans' phone records. The officials spoke largely about malicious software attacks and other electronic intrusions.

The firestorm commenced by the revelation of the execution of a search warrant on the personal email server of my Fox News colleague James Rosen continues to rage, and the conflagration engulfing the First Amendment continues to burn; and it is the Department of Justice itself that is fanning the flames. As we know from recent headlines, in the spring of 2010, the DOJ submitted an affidavit to a federal judge in Washington, D.C., in which an FBI agent swore under oath that Rosen was involved in a criminal conspiracy to release classified materials, and in the course of that conspiracy, he aided and abetted a State Department vendor in actually releasing them.
