Why do I call the cover up of Obama aka Soetoro aka and all his other aliases a crisis?

Because the longer federal judges play fast and loose with the law and other law enforcement (DOJ) continue to ignore a true constitutional legal challenge, the more extensive the damage to this country will be.

Receiving an award is a lot nicer than ten years in prison.

As regular listeners know, Rick Carpenter, Susan Johnson, and I were indicted by Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson on trumped-up, politically-motivated charges stemming from a petition drive to cap state government spending. For almost two years this indictment hung over our heads. In all that time, the AG never even completed our preliminary hearing. Finally, all charges were dropped.

Guns purchased legally in the United States this year could outfit two armies - and not just any armies, the armies of China and India, according to new government reports cited by a website for sport-shooting enthusiasts.

The federal National Instant Criminal Background Check System database statistics show there were more than 3.7 million background checks during the first three months of this year, compared to about 8 million annually not even a decade ago. "You also bought 1,529,635,000 rounds of ammunition in just the month of December."

"That wasn't me," President Barack Obama said on his 100th day in office, disclaiming responsibility for the huge budget deficit waiting for him on Day One.

It actually was him - and the other Democrats controlling Congress the previous two years - who shaped a budget so out of balance. His assertion that his proposed budget "will cut the deficit in half by the end of my first term" is an eyeball-roller among many economists, given the uncharted terrain of trillion-dollar deficits and economic calamity that the government is negotiating.

Mr. Obama is the second-least-popular president in 40 years. It's no surprise the liberal media aren't anxious to point out that their darling is less popular than George W. Bush.

The explanation for Mr. Obama's low approval is that he ran as a moderate but has governed from the far left. In all three presidential debates, Mr. Obama promised to cut government spending and reduce the size of the deficit. He blamed the economic crisis on excessive deficits. At no time did candidate Barack Obama say that more deficit-spending was the solution.

There have been a large number of high-ranking government officials and politicians who have blithely stated that it was no crime for illegal aliens to run our nation's borders and in so doing, circumvent the immigration laws of the United States.

Every time I hear such outrageous statements, I am forced to think, "What is wrong with this picture?" Legislators are professional law makers. In fact, when journalists write about members of the U.S. Congress or legislative bodies on the local, city or state level, they often refer to such legislators as "Law makers."

From the man who told us, if you make less than $250,000 per year your taxes won't go up a single dime comes yet another tax increase. Feds to Tax the Web

Now Congress and Obama have their eyes on the Internet to help fund more government spending. Congress is expected to introduce a bill this week that would require Amazon.com, L.L. Bean, eBay, Cabela's and other online merchants to collect sales tax on all online purchases.

There are an untold number of Americans who are convinced that the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was never properly ratified and, as a result, the Federal income tax is unconstitutional.

Bill Benson is one of the proponents of that argument and made his case before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago on October 28, 2008. I wrote about that in my November 4, 2008 blog entitled "USA v William J. Benson". The evidence of the truth of his argument was struck from the record as "irrelevant and immaterial." His appeal before the 7th Circuit raises the question of whether American citizens will continue to be allowed to prove their innocence in the courts of this country. Now, it is one thing for an everyday American citizen to claim that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified, but, what if a Federal judge makes the same claim during the course of a trial?

As a business owner, tax payer, elected official, independent thinker and someone who can read AND use Google, I admit that I am VERY skeptical when the government warns me about anything.

Government often causes more problems than they solve, and it's in their own best interests (power, taxes, job security, etc.) to have a crisis du jour to keep people alarmed, afraid and looking for a government solution. Anyone remember Alar? DDT? Acid Rain, Ozone Hole? Coffee? The list is long because fearful people are much more malleable. Liberals, aka Marxists, statists, socialists, communists, progressives, democrats crave control over every aspect of your life, so they must find new ways to create fear and dissension amongst the people to further their insatiable lust for power and their devious, subversive efforts to enrich themselves and control you (think convenient liar Spotted Al Gore).

She's the fierce blond attorney behind Obama eligibility lawsuits, a successful dentist with two offices, a second-degree black belt and a mother of three boys who speaks five languages.

Asked what motivates her continue fighting the eligibility battle, Taitz replied, "I feel that this man is arrogantly spitting in the face of each and every American citizen. I feel like he has just spit in my face. I take it personally that he is trampling on our Constitution and on our laws."
