Supporters of programs to provide legal marijuana to patients with painful medical conditions are celebrating AG Holder's statement this week that the Drug Enforcement Administration would end its raids on state-approved marijuana dispensaries.

Federal raids on medical marijuana distributors continued at least into the second week of Barack Obama's presidency, when federal agents shut down at least two dispensaries in California on Feb. 3. Holder was asked about those raids Wednesday in Santa Ana, Calif., at a news conference that was called to announce the arrests of 755 people in a nationwide crackdown on the U.S. operations of Mexican drug cartels. He said such operations would no longer be conducted.

A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible

Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.

A Democrat who served as deputy attorney general in PA and now is leading a number of lawsuits over the eligibility of Obama to occupy the Oval Office - not only is Obama not eligible to be president, he's probably an illegal alien and should be deported.

The U.S. Constitution, meanwhile, demands that occupants of the White House qualify as "natural born" citizens. Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. Several of the cases have involved emergency appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court in which justices have declined to hear arguments.

Media giant CNN caused more than a few raised eyebrows in the tech community when it was revealed recently that it installs an application that lets CNN use subscribers' computers to distribute its live streaming content.

It's not a drive-by download or some insidious secret hack - more of a social engineering scam, actually. Millions of users who signed up for the live streaming feed of U.S. President Barach Obama's inauguration last month were told they couldn't get hooked in unless they first installed something called 'the Octoshape Grid Delivery enhancement' for their Flash Player. Among other things, the 'enhancement' turns subscribers' computers into relay stations, making them part of a grid to, "deliver parts of the video and audio stream to other end users of the Software," as the Octoshape end user agreement clearly states. Octoshape Grid Delivery is a peer-to-peer application that, in effect, uses the subscriber's computer and Internet connection to create an ad-hoc distribution network for CNN.

After President Obama's illegal alien aunt defied deportation orders, one group has filed an arrest request with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and is publicly demanding that the president deport her.

Onyango, revealed in November to be dwelling on Flaherty Way in a South Boston slum, has been living in the United States illegally, and refusing to leave the U.S. for her Kenyan homeland after a judge rejected her request for asylum in 2004.

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK - The economy was in shambles. Millions of Americans were out of work.

Saying something drastic needed to be done, the newly elected president announced a massive economic stimulus package aimed at repairing the nation's sagging infrastructure and putting people back to work. The first "emergency agency" established by President Franklin D. Roosevelt was the Civilian Conservation Corps, which eventually put 3 million men to work in the national park system.

A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its failure to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote.

It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The circus out in Washington, DC., for the unlawful swearing in of the impostor president, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro and so forth, is now over.

All the gushing and slobbering over the trashy looking rag worn by the militant Michelle Obama, has faded into the night. I wonder how many of the mindless mouth pieces giving their commentary about the "wonderful, smart First Lady," know that in 1993, Michelle Obama, was ordered by the Illinois Supreme Court to stop practicing law?

Democratic strategist Donna Brazile is raising some eyebrows after admitting she swiped President Barack Obama's complimentary blanket from his inauguration ceremony, and then joked it was not a criminal offense...

The exchange was noted by columnist Paul Proctor, who said he was curious if suddenly there were "an underlying belief among some African-Americans that since we now have a black president, Obama will be providing them special privileges that somehow supersede the laws of the land...?"

On January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Obama and his sidekick, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine Justices.

The invitation of Chief Justice Roberts, the behind closed door meeting with a man who is the subject of lawsuits coming before the Supreme Court concerning his eligibility to the office of president, was not only inappropriate but leaves questionable the judicial conduct of the justices with whom AKA and Biden met.
