Although Rudy did not budge an inch on his stand on abortion, he did add one HUGE social issue that was of vital importance to the gathering. What's odd is that he did so even AFTER the PAC of the largest homeschooling organization in the nation had already endorsed Mike Huckabee.

Last week, U.S. Sen. and Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton unveiled a new proposal to fund state pre-kindergarten programs for all 4-year-old children in America.

However, pre-kindergarten programs have been around for many years, and such grandiose claims have been refuted by several studies on the effectiveness of such programs. The truth is government-run pre-kindergarten programs are another huge burden on taxpayers, and, in fact, they are detrimental to children and our country.

For the third time this week, a retired CIA officer has told Antiwar Radio that U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East is the driving force in al Qaeda's recruitment and motivation for attacking America on September 11th.

"I'm really edified by Ron Paul stepping up and stating what he believes to be the case. If you believe that they hate us for our democracy or for our freedoms, well I've got a bridge in Brooklyn that I'd really like to sell you at a cut rate. They hate us for our policies and that's what Ron Paul was saying."
