Jared Marcum, the eighth grade Logan, West Virginia student who was suspended and arrested after refusing to change his NRA t-shirt at school, was met by several supporters Monday morning outside of Logan Middle School.

Jared returned to class, fresh off of suspension, wearing the same exact shirt that initiated the "t-shirt control" controversy in the first place. "There's a lot of people wearing this same exact shirt, showing great, great support and I really appreciate it," Jared said just before walking into school.

Declassified documents prove them.

We all know the conspiracy theories - the government's plan for 9/11, the second gunman who shot JFK, the evolution of the elite from a race of blood-drinking, shape-shifting lizards. But the people who spread these ideas usually can't prove them. As the years pass, however, secrets surface. Government documents become declassified. We now have evidence of certain elaborate government schemes right here in the U.S. of A.

In what is one of the saddest stories we'll ever publish, a nine year old boy was found dead by his parents earlier this year, after an apparent suicide.

It is believed the little boy decided to commit suicide after prolonged bullying for being white by an Asian gang at his school. The child's name is Aaron Dugmore, and he was found in his bedroom by his parents who say that their son had been bullied by the Asian children for months. Aaron's mother, Kelly-Marie Dugmore, 30, and his stepfather, Paul Jones, 43, said that despite several complaints to the school, nothing was done to stop the bullying. They claim that he was tormented by one Asian child with a plastic knife who told him that next time it would be a real one. Another Asian child had told him once that "all white people should die." Aaron would spend his entire recess periods hiding from the bullies on the school's playground.

Liberalism has no shame, no shame at all. The latest victim? 9-year Tyler Weaver. What happened to the little guy?

After working hard all summer to win a reading contest sponsored by his local public library, he is rewarded by being banned from subsequent summer reading contests! Amazing, isn't it? According to the librarian who made this idiotic decision, Tyler "hogs" the contest. So, instead of actually having the contest be about merit and who actually does the work of reading the most age-appropriate books (Tyler hit 63 this summer, by the way), in the future the "winner" will be determined by a random drawing! So, the contest is now turning into, as we used to say in elementary school, a booby prize.

911 tapes were released Thursday from the deadly shooting at Foss High School in Tacoma on Jan. 3 that took the life of 17-year-old Sam Kok.

It's apparent from the tapes that all police knew is that shots were fired inside the school, and a student was down. No one knew who or where the shooter was. The shooting began at 7:26 a.m., when classes were just beginning.

Being stuck on a bus for 9 hours with Ron Paul supporters who just "hijacked" their district convention. Republicans are convinced that Ron Paul's race is over. So what are we doing at the state convention interrupting the Mitt Romney pep rally?

Most of the "good" grey haired republicans sat in the front of the bus and I sat right behind them. You could feel the tension as we all loaded the bus. As we began driving away I started playing my favorite game, zombie slayer. Luckily their was wifi, so I began going on websites and I had the benefit of engaging in conversation with ron paul supporters behind me, which in turn brought interest from the greys in front of me. Information I shared before talking about Ron Paul...

Texas Governor Rick Perry proposed it for his state schools, and it's a perfectly plausible goal.

In his recent State of the State address, Texas Governor Rick Perry called for the state's universities to begin offering a bachelor's degree with a total cost (including tuition, fees, and textbooks) of only $10,000, in contrast to the current $26,800 to $45,300. If we include the cost to taxpayers, the total bill (at UT-Austin) runs to at least $95,000.

Like a bolt from the blue, a California appeals court has ruled that the state's parents have no constitutional right to homeschool their own children.

In a flash, a child welfare case that no one had noticed has become a flash point of controversy in the nation. Will homeschooling be ruled illegal in California?
