Submit Your Favorite Appetizer Recipe
This is probably our families favorite appetizer...
A delightfully simple dish that your guest won't be able to get enough of, so be sure to make extras.

Allow cream cheese to soften to allow for easier spreading.
Lightly spread cream cheese on beef slices being careful not to tear the beef. Place a small pickle wedge across the end of the beef slice and roll. Cut in half. Insert toothpick.
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pan; top with chili and cheddar cheese. Microwave on high 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheddar cheese is melted. Serve with favorite cracker or chips.
Mix one 8-oz. package of cream cheese with 1/2 of crushed pineapple in heavy syrup. Serve with potato chips.
Mix 16 oz. of Velveta Cheese with 1-can of Chili no beans. Heat to melt cheese and service with corn chips.
Mix 16 oz. of Velveta Cheese with 1-jar of mild or hot Taco sauce. Heat to melt cheese and service with corn chips.
Add one-package Knorr Vegetable soup mix combine with 2 cups of sour cream. Mix well. Serve with choice of raw veggies.
Add one-package Lipton Onion soup mix combine with 2 cups of sour cream. Mix well. Serve with potato chips.
Mix 1 packet of Taco Seasoning with 1 container of sour cream. Serve with veggies or nacho chips.
