Despite the insidious attempts of the corporate-controlled U.S. media to censor the stories about the deadly side effects of vaccines, the truth keeps surfacing. The latest vaccine tragedy to strike has killed two babies in La Pimienta, Mexico.

What's especially alarming is that only 52 children were vaccinated in all, meaning that 75% of those receiving the vaccines are now either dead or hospitalized. The vaccines were administered by the Mexican Social Security Institute, known as IMSS. The IMSS confirmed the deadly reactions occurred after children received injections of vaccines for tuberculosis, rotavirus and hepatitis B -- the same viral strains targeted by vaccines routinely administered to children in the United States.

In 1986 vaccine manufacturers were given financial immunity from the damages of their products by congress. It took two years to set up the program and in 1988 the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program began.

This program is funded by a 75 cent levy on each vaccine sold. This program has paid out over three billion dollars on a few thousand claims, while many more have been denied. The catch with this program is that it is "No fault." This means that while the vaccine manufacturer pays into the fund, and the claimant draws from it, nobody goes on legal record saying, "The vaccine caused the injury." Thus it can be said by a lawyer with a straight face, "No link has been established." At the time the court was established there were three vaccines on the CDC childhood vaccine schedule, containing seven pathogens. These were the MMR, the dTap and the oral polio vaccine. As soon as the program was established and liability was eliminated, new vaccines were introduced. Since 1989, 11 new vaccines have been added to the schedule. There are now 35 shots of 14 vaccines containing dozens of pathogens. There are as many as 13 pathogens in one vaccine.

Earlier this year I spent a few days at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center with my daughter who was having an EEG done. On our way home, I learned that there had been an outbreak of an antibiotic-resistant bacteria while we were there.

When the story hit the news, I fully expected nationwide outcry similar to that inspired by the recent measles "epidemic" that began at Disneyland. That outbreak killed no-one, yet set the country on fire with calls for mandatory vaccination and even prison sentences for parents who choose not to vaccinate their children. Drug-resistant "superbugs" kill nearly 15,000 people a year in the US and a recent report predicts that they could kill as many as 300 million people by 2050. Surely this far more deadly health threat would lead to similar widespread outrage and calls for those even remotely responsible to be held accountable.

The legislation, which passed the Senate Wednesday in an 18-11 vote, would require the full range of required vaccinations as a pre-condition to enrolling in school.

Between December 17-20, 2014, measles arrived at the happiest place on earth and all hell broke loose. Anti-vaxxers were shamed and maligned by everyone from Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel to Dr. Richard Pan.

According to the California Department of Public Health's latest measles surveillance report (3/6/15), since December of 2014, there have been 132 confirmed measles cases reported in California residents out of a population of 38.8 million. 40 cases visited Disneyland during the period in question. 81% were not hospitalized. 56% were over the age of twenty. 18% were between the ages of five to nineteen. 19 cases were between the ages of one through four. 15 cases were under the age of one. This affected exactly 34 kids from birth to age four. Since the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting in December of 2012, there have been 109 school shootings and no legislation. There is no measles epidemic. There is, however, an epidemic of vaccine legislation.
