Following the State of Maryland's threats against parents who refuse to have their children vaccinated, children were herded into a Price George County courthouse being guarded by armed personnel with attack dogs.

Inside, the children were forcibly vaccinated, many against their will, under orders from the State Attorney General, various State Judges and the local School Board Director, all of whom illegally conspired to threaten parents with imprisonment if they did not submit their children to vaccinations. The State of Maryland has now turned to Gestapo tactics to force its medical will upon the People, stripping parents of any right to decide how they wish to protect their own children from infectious disease.

For the parents that converged on a courthouse in Prince George's County, Md., on Saturday morning, the choice seemed clear: Vaccinate your kids or go to jail.

In fact, there are exemptions for medical or religious reasons in the state of Maryland. But few parents standing in lines that stretched down the sidewalk outside the county courthouse said they were aware of them. Flanked by protesters and television crews, parents said they just wanted to sort out immunizations, so their kids could go back to school - and they could avoid penalties of up to 10 days in jail and $50 a day in fines.

By now you probably know that the State's power to intimidate and violate the rights of parents and the bodies of their children was manifsted very clearly - and deeply chillingly - on November 19, 2007 in Prince George's County, Maryland, at the insistence of a State' Attorney, Glen Ivey, who understood vaccination well enough to protect his own children from the dangers of Hepitits B vaccine, a dangerous and unnecessary "treatment" for a sexually transmitted disease administered, often with disastrous results, to new born infants as well as toddlers and pre-pubertal children.

Two months into the school year, more than 2,000 students in Upper Marlboro, Md., this suburban county outside the nation's capital, had yet to get the shots they needed to attend class. So the school system decided it was through playing nice.

Parents in Prince George's County were ordered to appear at a special court hearing where they were given a choice: Get their children vaccinated on the spot or risk up to 10 days in jail and fines. It is one of the strongest efforts made by a U.S. school system to ensure its youngsters receive their shots.

The Public Health Council in New Jersey has voted to require all children attending preschool or daycare to be injected with not just one vaccine, but four different vaccines.

If this rule goes into effect New Jersey would be the first U.S. state to make the vaccination of children required by law. This means that those parents who refuse to participate in such vaccination programs would be labeled "criminals" and arrested at gunpoint.

A NewsTarget investigation has revealed that the FDA knew as early as 2003 that Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) was not linked to cervical cancer.

Despite this knowledge, the FDA, along with key pharmaceutical companies, has continued to push for the use of HPV vaccinations as a defense against cervical cancer, even when its own research showed no link exists. Gardasil vaccine has been linked to a 44.6% increase in precancerous lesions in some women, raising serious doubts over the sensibility of mandatory vaccination policies.

A U.S. Coast Guard officer and devout Catholic has filed suit to prevent being forced to receive a vaccination derived from the lung of an aborted child after a higher ranking officer disputed his understanding of Church theology.

The Alliance Defense Fund filed a complaint last week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on behalf of Lt. Cmdr. Joseph Healy, charging the government with using its own arbitrary judgment of what constitutes Catholic theology while permitting religious exemptions to others, effectively discriminating against Healy's sincerely held religious beliefs.

Current statistics support my previous warnings about this "pandemic outbreak" that never materialized, as predicted.

Last year, the number of human cases of avian flu dropped rather than rose for the first time -- from a paltry 115 in 2006 to an even more insignificant 86 in 2007.

After years of insisting there is no evidence to link vaccines with the onset of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the US government has quietly conceded a vaccine-autism case in the Court of Federal Claims.

The claim, one of 4,900 autism cases currently pending in Federal "Vaccine Court," was conceded by US Assistant Attorney General Peter Keisler and other Justice Department officials, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, the "defendant" in all Vaccine Court cases.
