PEF sues over DOH's vaccine-or-face-mask requirement

As reported earlier in the year, the state Health Department had promulgated a rule requiring that health care workers who have direct contact with patients to either get a flu vaccination or wear a face mask.

At the time, those options were offered as the latest solution to a long-running fight between DOH and health care workers, including their unions, regarding mandated vaccinations. Now the Public Employees Federation, which counts nurses in their ranks - including those who work in state facilities - has gone to court over the vaccine-or-face-mask rule.

The British Medical Journal (BMJ), one of the world's most highly revered scientific medical publications, has published an article that condemns influenza vaccines and their marketing.

Influenza vaccines are killers, life destroyers, and provide little or no benefit. The evidence is clear. A report published in the BMJ clarifies how these facts are ignored by health agencies. To get around them, they simply push fear of disease well past the point of absurdity. But the CDC and other health agencies have no other way to sell the unsellable. The last sentence reads: "It's no wonder so many people feel that flu shots don't work: for most flus, they can't."

So how does a mother feel when her baby is dead from vaccines and all she hears from doctors, the government and media is that vaccines are safe and effective?

I can't say I believed in vaccination. I knew nothing about it, but had it done anyway. It's what you do, right? You do what doctors and baby health clinics tell you and what your parents and the media advise you to do.

Well I did it, without so much as a question or thought into it. Within moments of my son receiving his immunisations he was screaming. This continued for most of the day and when he wasn't screaming he was crying. This was unusual as he was a very happy, placid baby, who was already rolling over at 8 weeks and gooing and gahing at the first sight of his mother. The doctor told me his reactions were 'normal' and he'd be OK in a couple of days. After the first day he had almost recovered with only some irritability and restlessness noticeable. As the weeks passed he continued to reach milestones and all appeared Ok.

Two sisters ordered by a High Court judge to have the MMR jab are refusing the vaccination. The girls, aged 11 and 15, were last month told by Mrs Justice Theis they must have the inoculation against measles, mumps and rubella.

Last night their mother's solicitor told The Mail on Sunday the girls had no plans to agree to be vaccinated. The legal deadline was Friday night. Philippa Dolan said the mother might go to a higher court in a bid to overturn the judgment. She said: 'One of the interesting aspects of this case is the question of taking two healthy people and forcing them to submit to a medical procedure which they don't want to submit to.' She said the judge had failed to take into account the 'practical difficulties' of ensuring the sisters were vaccinated.

I thought Gardasil would protect my daughter from cervical cancer. I had no idea the simple decision to use this vaccine would change her life so much.

Alisa is my daughter. Though she is not little anymore, she will always be my princess. Alisa grew up healthy, active, and happy. She enjoyed trying new things and being around others. She loved photography, fishing, bike riding, boating, hiking, martial arts, music (especially her violin), and animals. In high school she enjoyed her photography in which she won awards. She was a tattoo assistant for a Washington State award winning tattoo artist and was learning the trade. She was on the swim team and loved swimming. Being a concerned mother I was fearful for her getting cervical cancer. We were being bombarded with commercials and ads for this vaccine for girls to be one less. When they offered the vaccine to my daughter I said sure. They never went over side effects or problems, so I figured it was a safe one. That day is when our nightmare began.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is a difficult subject to discuss for obvious reasons. The death of a small child is horribly tragic, a loss for which there is very little consolation.

It is also a necessary subject for the same reason, especially when a correlation exists between common infant vaccinations (such as the vaccine for pertussis) and sudden infant death syndrome. Are Vaccines Linked to SIDS? A study that was published in 2011 in a scientific journal by Neil Z. Miller and Gary S. Goldman concluded that in nations where there was an increase in vaccinations, there was also an increase in the occurrence of SIDS. The graph below shows that as the vaccine rate increases, infant mortality also rises.

Switzerland-based pharmaceutical kingpin Novartis is under investigation in Japan after two universities there recently caught the company engaging in scientific fraud.

According to new reports, a former Novartis employee fabricated clinical trial data to exaggerate the benefits of the blood pressure drug Diovan (valsartan), which is currently licensed for use in more than 100 countries, and Japan's Ministry of Health is now trying to determine whether or not Novartis in any way violated Japanese law with its actions. Earlier this year, five papers authored by the once prominent Japanese cardiologist Hiroaki Matsubara were retracted by the American Heart Association (AHA), including the main publication of the well-known 2009 Kyoto Heart Study. Not long after, the legitimacy of the Jikei Heart Trial, which was first published in The Lancet journal back in 2007, was also called into question. As it turns out, both clinical trials were worked on by former Novartis employee Nobuo Shirahashi, who failed to disclose his affiliation with Novartis while serving as a member of the statistical analysis organizations for both studies, and both studies were riddled with serious errors.

The annual marketing campaign pushing people to receive flu vaccinations is in full force. CVS Pharmacies is offering a 20% off shopping pass if you purchase a flu vaccine.

As you can see in the screen shot, taken from the CVS website, senior citizens over the age of 65 are being targeted to get the "high-dose" flu vaccine. The FAQ at the CVS website defines the "high-dose" flu vaccine: "Containing four times the amount of antigen (the part of the vaccine that causes the body to produce antibody) in regular flu shots, high-dose flu shots, along with the additional antigen produced, are intended to create a stronger immune response."

As the battle between the state of Israel and Islam Palestinians heats up for who should control the Temple Mount and Jerusalem this disease originated from Mecca, a capitol city in Saudi Arabia. The Muslim's believe this to be the place where their prophet Mohamed received his vision of the "land to the west"(Qur'an) that they claim is on the Temple Mount. Now the religious tenants have clashed even further as some Saudi Clerics claim this disease was created in Israel (a claim completely refuted by Israel and have even welcomed the United Nations to reinspect their facilities) while some Hebrews and Christians are saying this is a sign that "Allah" is not the true God and this is a plague punishment from YHWH for their blasphemy.
