San Diego Parents Sue To Block California's Vaccine Law

A group of San Diego parents has filed a federal lawsuit against California's new law that eliminates nearly all exemptions to childhood vaccinations.

The suit was filed Friday, the day the law took effect. It asks the court to declare the law unconstitutional. The lawsuit claims that eliminating the personal and religious exemptions to childhood vaccines violates parental rights. It also argues that the plaintiffs have legitimate concerns about the timing and safety of mandated vaccines.

The commentary appeared to be a part of a worldwide, billion-dollar promotion campaign to get the world's young women, even in poor, Third World nations, more fully vaccinated.

Gardasil's competitor (and collaborator when it comes to promoting the notion that a vaccine directed at the HPV can prevent cancer) is the British multinational pharmaceutical giant, GlaxoSmithKline, whose HPV vaccine is called Cervarix. Scandalously, the truth of the matter is that neither company's vaccine has ever prevented a single cancer of the cervix, mainly because cancer of the cervix takes 20 to 50 years to develop, and the vaccine corporations only clinically tested the product prior to FDA approval for less than five years.

While most of the nation was looking the other way, California signed into law Senate Bill 277 (SB277). What was once thought to be a modern-day impossibility - mandatory vaccination - will now becoming a reality on July 1 in California.

Those California parents previously unaware of the new California law are now being forced into large learning curves at the moment. Like students feverishly cramming for an exam, research about vaccine injury compensation, informed consent, the CDC whistleblower and vaccine inserts fill the days of unaware individuals attempting to bridge the information gap. So how much money do doctors really make from vaccines? The average American pediatrician has 1546 patients, though some pediatricians see many more. The vast majority of those patients are very young, perhaps because children transition to a family physician or stop visiting the doctor at all as they grow up. As they table above explains, Blue Cross Blue Shield pays pediatricians $400 per fully vaccinated child. If your pediatrician has just 100 fully-vaccinated patients turning 2 this year, that's $40,000.

When you think of monosodium glutamate (MSG), what is the first thing that comes to mind? More than likely it is Chinese cuisine, however, this same ingredient is also found in several other food products we use everyday.

Almost all processed foods on the grocery store shelves ranging from soups to crackers to meats contain MSG to enhance their flavor. MSG is also an ingredient in vaccines. As an organisation dedicated to beating cancer, we have a deep-rooted interest in any new research developments that could lead to new, more effective treatments for the disease.

So when we received an enquiry from a supporter about an article entitled "Cancer cured for good" by Bill Sardi and Timothy Hubbell* we were intrigued. The article talks about research by Nobuto Yamamoto in the US, looking at a protein called Gc-MAF (aka GcMAF). His published studies appear to show that injections of very small amounts of Gc-MAF can "cure" people with breast, bowel and prostate cancer.

According to the Post, there is a link between the Zika Virus and 4000 cases of microcephaly. According to the latest figures on the epicenter of the outbreak, Brazil has 4,000 suspected cases of microcephaly.

So what exactly is this rush for a vaccine? A declaration of an emergency outbreak? Why is there no mention of the mandatory TDap that was been given to the pregnant women in Brazil? We wrote about it yesterday here. Why is there not a relationship being drawn to something other than a Mosquito born virus that has only been found in a small percentage of the children suffering from microcephaly.

It is amazing, really, that an obvious cause and effect can play out right in front of everyone's eyes and yet somehow, the greater portion of government officials end up surprised by it?

I'm talking about the cause (berating, humiliating parents who choose not to vaccinate their children) and the effect (those same parents who just stop telling anyone about their medical decision). It should be rather obvious that if you create an environment of hostility for people who choose to exercise a human right not to vaccinate their children, you could potentially alienate them and cause them to eventually become rather withdrawn.
