ch. Sgt. Lavester Brown almost died last year when his heart swelled to twice normal size hours after he received an anthrax vaccination.

A few months later, he had to have a heart transplant. Brown said he believes the shot caused his heart problem and that adverse reactions to the anthrax vaccination are more common in blacks.

Students ages 11 and older entering the sixth grade in Alabama schools this fall will be required to have a vaccine to prevent pertussis, a sometimes fatal bacterial infection of the lungs that spreads through coughing and sneezing.

The Alabama Department of Public Health said the need for the tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis vaccine, Tdap, is prompted by an alarming increase in pertussis, or whooping cough, which is highly contagious. California's pending bill, AB 2109,[1] would require parents exercising a non-medical vaccine exemption for their children to get a health care practitioner's signature on a form signifying that the doctor has given the parent vaccine information.

Who is saying the vaccines are contaminated? None other than the (now deceased) head of vaccines at Merck, Dr. Maurice Hillerman, who on camera admitted that Merck's Hepatitis B vaccines, contaminated with a virus, caused the AIDS epidemic in the US.

Winter is approaching, and with it another flu season and a new round of propaganda about the dire consequences of "catching" the flu.

In December 2005, Peter Doshi published a report in the British Medical Journal (online) stating that "U.S. data on influenza deaths are a mess." His research indicated the CDC uses the terms "flu death" and "flu associated death" interchangeably and that there were significant statistical incompatibilities between official estimates and national vital statistics data. In fact, the CDC's numbers are a combination of influenza and pneumonia deaths. But as David Rosenthal, director of Harvard University Health Services, said: "People don't necessarily die, per se, of the [flu] virus-the viraemia. What they die of is a secondary pneumonia. So many of these pneumonias are not viral pneumonias but secondary [pneumonias]."

Larissa Nearing's story is a poignant illustration of what can happen when you are busy living your life. On November 3, 2011, Larissa began what seemed like a routine day. She had taken her baby to daycare in the morning and then went to work.

Around noon, she got an urgent phone call from a neighbor who said her apartment was on fire. She rushed home to find the firefighters wrapping up and learned that the apartment above hers was where the fire originated. She saw from her doorway all her worldly goods. Many of the items had been wrapped in plastic by the fire department. But she noticed her speakers for her DJ business were not protected. She tried to enter her apartment since the fire was out and police officers were standing inside her apartment talking. She was prevented from entering and so she asked if they would please protect her speakers. Larissa explained she had a DJ business and this equipment was vital for her livelihood.

At first this headline appears to be good news, indicating that the American Medical Association (AMA) has finally woken up to the medical tyranny of mandatory vaccines.

The Health Ranger reports, "A mandatory vaccination policy - forced vaccination of unwilling recipients - is, by definition, a medical intervention carried out without the consent of the patient or the patient's parents . This directly violates the very clear language in the Informed Consent section of the AMA Code of Medical Ethics which states:

VacTruth has been informed that Representative Andrea Boland of Sanford, Maine, has gained enough votes in committee to go to the state legislative floor with a bill allowing greater transparency in the disclosure of vaccine ingredients.

This is the third time that Representative Boland has recommended this bill, which has the potential to empower parents. The bill was scheduled to be presented on May 8 at 9:00 am until May 10 at 12:00 pm EDT. If passed, this will be the first time in the history of vaccination in the United States that parents will be given a full list of the ingredients of a vaccine before their child is vaccinated. Representative Boland has not only recommended full disclosure of vaccine ingredients but also an opt-out option allowing parents the opportunity to opt out of any vaccine for religious or philosophical reasons.
