Medical Health News

We have some real problems and they are only going to get worse. We have a right to know what we are eating. People are getting allergies, this isn't normal folks. If we don't pay attention to what's happening, in our food supply, to our farmers, the plants, and ultimately our grocery store we are going to wake up one day and realize we trusted the health of our children and the health of our families to the government. And the government let us down.

A shocking new video blows the Obama Administration's covert plans to bus hundreds of illegal Muslim Somali's into California and other states to "resettle".

According to the DHS, all that any of the African refugees must do is find a border agent and say "I am in danger in my home country, and want asylum in the United States." Once they utter those words, they are off limits to deportation and are turned over to DHS resettlement specialists who help them move into communities across the country.

In the company's first quarter report for 2006, Eli Lilly says its having problems with insurance coverage. "We have experienced difficulties in obtaining product liability insurance due to a very restrictive insurance market."

Although Lilly has coverage for a portion of the Zyprexa product liability claims exposure, the SEC filing states, third-party insurance carriers have raised defenses to their liability under the policies and are seeking to rescind the policies. The dispute is now the subject of litigation in the federal court in Indianapolis against certain carriers and in arbitration in Bermuda against others. "While we believe our position is meritorious," the filing states, "there can be no assurance that we will prevail."

It's a bad movie that you might have seen before. It tends to show up whenever an advocate of voluntary cooperation explains how society could operate without state coercion.

Right on cue, the zombies from "Night of the Living Statists" rear their heads and mindlessly intone, "But if there's no government, who will build the roads?!" The zombies can't hear your response, so it's useless to try to give them facts and explain how things could be done in a way that's better for everyone if roads and other such things were provided as private services rather than as coercive government monopolies. For those who are open to the facts, though, is there any evidence that people can actually cooperate voluntarily for their own interests? As a matter of fact, there's quite a bit of evidence of that.

Site limits 'Innocence of Muslims' in Islamic countries but allows video of lethal attack on American base.

"Those who came here insulting Islam and the Koran, I will take revenge on them," said a Taliban suicide bomber with a chilling smile. Moments later he drove a truck loaded with 10,000 kg of explosives into U.S. Forward-Operating Base Salerno in Khost, Afghanistan, killing two U.S. soldiers. It was all captured on a Taliban propaganda video narrated by an Al Jazeera reporter. It's currently available for anyone to see on YouTube. More shocking, the Taliban have their own YouTube channel, though it is mostly dormant.

Remember those taxpayer-funded commercials with kindly Andy Griffith - the ones that promoted the ways the so-unaptly-titled Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act supposedly strengthens Medicare?

Donald Berwick, director of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, says these ads are fundamentally different than the Andy Griffith ads, even though they also use taxpayer funding to tout the still-highly-controversial law. "Everyone is interested in prevention," he said. "I don't think this is a partisan issue." But even if that's true - that most people recognize preemptive care goes a long way to lower costs - does that mean it's the federal government's responsibility to provide, advertise and urge preventive services on the public?

"Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary." Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.

This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: "Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed."

The placenta has long been thought of as a magical part of the creation of a baby. This incredible organ is uniquely designed for your baby and an integral part of any pregnancy and birth. The placenta physically connects the mother to her unborn baby.

During and after birth women lose 1/8-1/10 of their blood supply from the bleeding wound left inside the uterus, where the placenta was attached for 9 months.  As is true with most mammal species, we believe the human placenta was made to be consumed by the new mother to make up for this loss by replacing essential fats, proteins, vast amounts of iron and essential hormones to heal wounds and aid the body in self recovery after birth.

I'll try to keep this respectful but it's not easy because the masks that so many of you are so proudly wearing are the pinnacle of stupidity and I just don't know how to be nice about communicating that.

I know we're all desperate to stay positive. And I know most Americans don't have the time or energy to really look past the top-line news they see and hear. And I know the media, academia and Hollywood are very effective at shaping our impressions of social and political goings-on. And I know politicians on both sides of the aisle are congratulating you for "doing your part" to help beat the COVID-19 virus. And I know that makes you feel good at a time we could all really use some lifting up.
