We have some real problems and they are only going to get worse. We have a right to know what we are eating. People are getting allergies, this isn't normal folks. If we don't pay attention to what's happening, in our food supply, to our farmers, the plants, and ultimately our grocery store we are going to wake up one day and realize we trusted the health of our children and the health of our families to the government. And the government let us down.

The best strategy to achieve optimal health is to avoid visiting and asking doctors for drug solutions that only treat the symptoms.

I've long said that the best strategy for achieving health is avoiding a visit to your doctor in the first place. Why? Because in many cases you will simply leave the office with a prescription or two, which will rarely solve your health problem. Most doctor visits result in "solutions" that only suppress your symptoms, often causing other side effects and problems. Rather than advise patients about the true underlying conditions and real solutions that lead to health, they are left putting toxic Band-Aids on gaping wounds.

Genetically modified (GM) foods are often promoted as a way to feed the world. But this is little short of a confidence trick. Far from needing more GM foods, there are urgent reasons why we need to ban them altogether.

GM foods won't solve the food crisis. A 2008 World Bank report concluded that increased biofuel production is the major cause of the increase in food prices. Biofuels are crops grown for fuel rather than food. GM giant Monsanto has been at the heart of the lobbying for biofuels - while profiting enormously from the resulting food crisis and using it as a PR opportunity to promote GM foods! "The climate crisis was used to boost biofuels, helping to create the food crisis; and now the food crisis is being used to revive the fortunes of the GM industry." - Daniel Howden, Africa correspondent, The Independent (UK) "The cynic in me thinks that they're just using the current food crisis and the fuel crisis as a springboard to push GM crops back on to the public agenda. I understand why they're doing it, but the danger is that if they're making these claims about GM crops solving the problem of drought or feeding the world, that's bullshit." - Prof Denis Murphy, head of biotechnology, University of Glamorgan, Wales

As basic parental rights continue to be destroyed in this country, the for profit kidnapping ring, better known as CPS, has mad it their mission to wage war on American families.

Often mismanaged by pedophiles and criminals, CPS has authority to take your child away for any reason. Whether it's smoking a small amount of pot, getting a second medical opinion or eating a poppy seed bagel, your children are never safe with these criminals lurking in the background. With the backing of the ever corrupt family court where basic rights are null and void, CPS has a free pass to raise your child, prescribe psychotropic drugs, limit visitation rights, and expose them to sexual predators and abusers.

I am often asked if there is a way to deal with autoimmune disease, the most common chronic disease - the most common question being "Is there any way to deal with this without taking powerful anti-inflammatory drugs that often have serious side effects?"

Autoimmune diseases are a huge problem in this country. As a whole, autoimmune diseases affect over 80 million Americans and five percent of the population in Western countries. They include type 1 diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, colitis, Crohn's disease, and dozens of others, but they all have one thing in common: The body attacks itself. Autoimmune diseases, like rheumatoid arthritis or RA, often include challenging symptoms such as pain, swelling, fatigue, and disability. At their root, one central biochemical process connects these seemingly disparate diseases: A runaway immune response, called systemic inflammation, inevitably results in your body attacking its own tissues.

According to the World Health Organization, 3.5 billion people suffer from some type of parasitic infection. A parasite is any organism that lives and feeds off of another organism.

Parasites take and utilize your body's nutrients and in so doing, hurt the entire organism. Parasites take on a number of different forms and can thrive throughout the body. They most often live within the human intestines. Some eat your food, making you hungry after every meal and unable to gain weight. Others consume your red blood cells, causing anemia.

I've been giving CBD oil to my dogs for a couple of years to help Rodrigo with his anxiety and Sydney with her joint pain. I've tried many CBD treats and oils and have been largely disappointed.

CBD oil isn't cheap, and I began to realize that I needed to educate myself because I couldn't afford a CBD oil product that required me to give my dogs four droppers full of the oil or 6-7 treats to be effective.

Losing weight is a momentous achievement and ought to be celebrated for sure, but for some having to contend with loose skin as a result of losing a great deal of weight can be disappointing.

Losing weight is a momentous achievement and ought to be celebrated for sure, but for some having to contend with loose skin as a result of losing a great deal of weight can be disappointing. You may feel like you've won in one area and lost in another, but this is not necessarily the case. In fact, there are some natural ways that you can increase your skin's elasticity and tighten the areas in need over a matter of time. Your results, of course, will depend on how much weight you've actually lost, the length of time your skin was stretched out, and your age. Here are some valuable tips on how you can tighten your skin after weight loss: 1. Monitor your weight loss. It may be time to curb your weight loss just for a bit to allow your skin to get adjusted to the loss. As you maintain your weight, your skin has more of a tendency to shrink to your new size. If you continue to lose weight rapidly, your skin will continue to lose elasticity.
