Today Jesus died for me, two thousand years three days ago,
Today Jason died for nothing, I hide my face my tears still show.
F*@# Twin Cities, stole my soul, F*@# you all who failed to heal,
F*@# Twin Cities, stole my brother, commandment 8 "thou shalt not steal."
Resurrection, *You* came back. Two thousand years today, you know.
I lost my brother bring him back, "Thou shalt not kill" - You killed him though.
I'd like to think it's all a lie, I'd like to think he didn't die,
You'll never know the pain is all - I feel
And now I know to break and cry, It's too late now to say goodbye,
Forever now the rain will fall - I feel
Chaos, crying, pain inside, Shedding tears I cannot hide,
Rage of fire within my soul, Give me back what Jesus stole,
Get a grip and rip a hole, Give me back what Jesus stole,
Give me back what Jesus stole, Get a grip and rip a hole.
Sometimes someone dies to be a martyrs voice for all to hear,
Sometimes someone dies for nothing, a senseless death to force a tear.
F*@# Twin Cities, one for one, F*@# you sleep that you should maim.
F*@# Twin Cities, don't close your eyes, eternal slumber knows no shame.
Now Jason died without reason, you know they say but I don't know,
They say Jesus died to save us, two thousand years today, three days ago.
Jesus risen, live again, two thousand years today you know
Jason taken, without sinning, Jesus for our sins, Jason? Oh, no...
F*@# Twin Cities, cross red rose, F*@# you, d@&* you evil street.
F*@# Twin Cities, five to ninety-nine, lay my brother down to sleep.
I learn to save him far away, so far away I'd never show
I couldn't save you, sorry Jay, two thousand years three days ago.
