Today, 15 January 2014, WikiLeaks released the secret draft text for the entire TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) Environment Chapter and the corresponding Chairs' Report. The TPP transnational legal regime would cover 12 countries initially and encompass 40 per cent of global GDP and one-third of world trade. The Environment Chapter has long been sought by journalists and environmental groups. The released text dates from the Chief Negotiators' summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 19-24 November 2013.

Under deep CIA cover at the Office of Air and Radiation.

The Environmental Protection Agency wants to be the nation's super-regulator, though it might first try to regulate its own employees. At least the ones pretending to be James Bond. The Department of Justice in late September announced a plea agreement with John C. Beale , until recently a senior career employee at EPA's Office of Air and Radiation. Beale, 64, has admitted to devoting most of his 23-year career to bilking taxpayers of some $900,000 in pay and expenses. "Saturday Night Live" couldn't come up with this story.

Non-GMO hybrids are a proven alternative for corn farmers, attesting that consumer food prices don't have to rise due to yield differences.

Corn hybrid trials in Illinois have been harvested, and results are showing Non-GMO corn hybrids performing as well or better than GMO corn hybrids. Spectrum Premium Non-GMO hybrids, used in the testing, produced 3 to 10 more bushels per acre when compared to nationally known GMO corn hybrids. These regional data summaries are evidence that farmers now have the opportunity to lower input costs and effectively increase profitability with the use of Non-GMO corn hybrids.

Passengers on a U.S. Airways flight Wednesday evening acted with character and class when they learned that the crew had kicked blind passenger Albert Rizzi and his guide dog off the plane just before takeoff.

The crew said the dog was "acting unruly" because it wasn't fully under Rizzi's seat. However, passengers said that there was nothing unruly about it. They started speaking up, saying that Rizzi did nothing wrong and that the flight attendant was the one with the problem...

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement determined trooper Daniel Cole's "use of force" was justified.  The 267 lb trooper tasered 100 lb, 20 year old Danielle Maudsley, while in handcuffs from a ridiculously short range.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol's policy on Electric Control Devices: "Fleeing cannot be the sole reason for the deployment." and "A member should not use the device on a handcuffed prisoner..." "What were you thinking? What are you, stupid?," Cole asked after she fell to the pavement. "I can't get up," said Maudsley. "I don't want you to get up," said Cole. "I can't get up," Maudsley said again, which were the last words she spoke.

Will the cure for allergies come from the cowshed?

Allergies are often seen as an accident. Your immune system misinterprets a harmless protein like dust or peanuts as a threat, and when you encounter it, you pay the price with sneezing, wheezing, and in the worst cases, death. What prompts some immune systems to err like this, while others never do? Some of the vulnerability is surely genetic. But comparative studies highlight the importance of environment, beginning, it seems, in the womb. Microbes are one intriguing protective factor. Certain ones seem to stimulate a mother's immune system during pregnancy, preventing allergic disease in children.

Michael Saffioti suffered from an extreme dairy allergy. On July 3rd, 2012 Mr. Saffioti ate something in prison that set this allergy off.

He tried to tell the guards about his negative reaction but they refused to take action. He pleaded with guards to see the nurse, but instead was told to go to his cell. Saffioti, knowing that this reaction could kill him was jumping up and down in his cell pleading with the guards to bring him to the nurse. He was ignored. Thirty minutes later he was found unconscious in his cell, and pronounced dead shortly after. This neglect by the guards is criminal. Ignoring a man as he dies in his cell takes a special kind of sicko.

There is now a THIRD victim of sexual molestation at hands of New Mexico authorities.

A dog alerted to the woman, and Schaur Ives said federal agents stripped searched her at the facility, asked her to undress, to spread her genitalia and to cough. Female agents also allegedly pressed their fingers into her vagina looking for drugs. The woman claims they didn't discover anything during the on-site strip search, so they took her to University Medical Center of El Paso. "First, medical staff observed her making a bowl movement and no drugs were found at that point," Schaur Ives said. "They then took an X-ray, but it did not reveal any contraband. They then did a cavity search and they probed her vagina and her anus, they described in the medical records as bi-manual-two handed. Finally, they did a cat scan. Again, they found nothing."

Though I have long-held the theory that, when not in public, President Obama wears a beanie with a little propeller on top, the events that continue to unfold under his administration have convinced me I am correct and never need to see an actual photo.

There's a grab-bag of fumbled theories, failed policies, ill-conceived ideas, and nearly five years into his presidency he still comes across as a carnival barker instead of a leader or an executive, baring the reality that he is the trophy of a successful marketing campaign and nothing more than an apparition somebody, someway, somehow convinced Americans was a reality. Forget smoke and mirrors, the fact that he claims to be black instead of Muslim. This guy is pure vapor. It would be easy to take another shot at his corrupt pathology and the scandals that continue to rock him daily, or to mock appointees like Kathleen Sebelius, or the Munchkin spokes-boy Jay Carney, the criminally insane and complicit Hillary Clinton during her tenure, ordering the IRS to illegally overreach to steal an election by impeding the opposition the right to even assemble, allowing an attorney general to "investigate" himself, and an NSA that not only spies on Americans, but remains fixated on our allied leaders to such an extent that it files reports on the bathroom habits of Germany's Angela Merkel.

A Manhattan dad is not lovin' McDonald's right now.

Attorney David Schorr slapped a court-appointed shrink with a defamation lawsuit for telling the judge deciding a custody battle with his estranged wife that he was an unfit parent - for refusing to take his son to the fast food joint for dinner. "You'd think it was sexual molestation," Schorr, 43, told The Post Thursday. "I am just floored by it."
