California patients sue to get state law enforcement agencies to return almost $1 million worth of seized marijuana.

In a mass legal action on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 38 California medical marijuana patients filed simultaneous lawsuits demanding that state law enforcement entities return almost $1 million worth of pot seized by police in recent years. California voters approved the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes in 1996, but recalcitrant law enforcement organizations continue to seize marijuana from patients.

What you are about to hear is not science fiction or conspiracy theory but a glimpse of what is going on behind the closed doors of the United States Pentagon.

In a small auditorium labeled BC232 a man is presenting a discussion on how the military industrial complex can spread a virus and use a vaccine to extinguish what the pentagon calls undesirable human behavior. Specifically in this case religious behavior. This is dark science my friends. With all the mandatory vaccine programs in the United States do not be deceived for a moment that something like this will not or possibly hasn't already been used on the American public.

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif. -- Record Sierra snowfall over the winter now means record snowmelt as temperatures rise, swelling Yosemite National Park's waterfalls, streams, and rivers to their most turbulent level in years.

Yosemite Falls, the nation's highest, is spewing enough water to fill a gasoline tanker truck every two seconds. The force of water at Bridalveil Falls across the valley kicks up a mist that clouds the meadow below. It means that until the peak melt around mid-June, visitors will encounter more treacherous beauty in Yosemite than even the travel brochures promise.

With the help of late-May temperatures, the FOT has been able to removed packed winter snow, clear debris and make the necessary repairs allowing the re-opening of two trans-Sierra state highways for the summer.

State Route 4 over Ebbetts Pass and State Route 108 over Sonora Pass are officially opened as of Friday, says Caltrans. The snow totals for the two areas were especially high during this season, with multiple late spring storms affecting the region. Intermittent chain controls were still in effect on the east side of the Sonora Pass as late as last week.

In this interview Dr. Maurice Hilleman reveals some astounding revelations. He admits that Merck drug company vaccines (Polio) had been deliberately contaminated with SV40, a cancer-causing monkey virus from 1953-1963.

For years, researchers suggested that millions of vials of polio vaccine, contaminated with SV40, infected individuals which caused human tumors, and by 1999, molecular evidence of SV40 infections were showing up in children born after 1982. Some experts now suggest the virus may have remained in the polio vaccine until as late as 1999. In 2002, the journal Lancet published compelling evidence that contaminated polio vaccine was responsible for up to half of the 55,000 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cases that were occurring each year. And there is the likelihood that there was an importing and spreading of the AIDS virus in the same manner, as revealed in the video. At first no one could fathom how the virus had been transmitted into the human population, but this shocking video proves that it was deliberately added to the vaccine by Dr. Maurice Hilleman, which was "good science" at that time. Just Who is Dr. Maurice Hilleman? Now, for those of you who may think Dr. Hilleman was just another crackpot (he passed away in 2005), think again. He was, and still is, the leading vaccine pioneer in the history of vaccines. He developed more than three dozen vaccines-more than any other scientist in history-and was the developer of Merck's vaccine program. He was a member of the U.S. National Academy of Science, the Institute of Medicine, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and the American Philosophical Society, and received a special lifetime achievement award from the World Health Organization. When he was chief of the Department of Respiratory Diseases with what's now the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, he discovered the genetic changes that occur when the influenza virus mutates, known as shift and drift. He was also one of the early vaccine pioneers to warn about the possibility that simian viruses might contaminate vaccines. So Dr. Hilleman knew what he was talking about. And in his own words, "vaccines have to be considered the bargain basement technology for the 20th Century."

In possibly the world's most remote installation, Raytec IR illuminators have been deployed deep in the remote bat caves of the Mulu National Park, Borneo, in an eco surveillance project directed by Charles Tomas, CEO of CTG Security Matrix.

The IR lights capture high quality images of the jungle wildlife in absolute darkness in the network of underwater chambers, providing covert surveillance without disturbing the unspoilt habitat. The images are then transmitted to a visitor information centre, located 3km from the caves, with fiber-optic cabling linking the two sites across the most challenging jungle terrain.
